WE ARE THE Dear Member,

The Board of Trustees is pleased to present this new flipbook which
LIFEBLOOD describes the benefits available to you as a covered member of the
Teamsters Local 237 Welfare Fund. In the past few years, a significant
number of changes have been adopted to the program of benefits.
These changes, which have been previously announced by letter, are
now incorporated into this interactive brochure.
OF THE We have worked very hard to make your benefit program one of
the finest in New York City. When opportunities arise for further
improvement, we will pursue each one to enhance these benefits.
The Board of Education, the Health and Hospitals Corporation and
COMMUNITY. of the City, have collective bargaining agreements with Teamsters
the Housing Authority of the City as well as certain Mayoral Agencies
Local 237. The benefits provided by this Fund are paid for by
contributions from your employer to the Fund on your behalf. If you
have comments or suggestions about these benefits, please let us
know; your ideas are important to us. Also, if you have any questions
about your benefits after reading this guide, please don’t hesitate to
contact the Fund office.
